Create the Relationship You Deserve
Therapy for women in Colorado to build confidence, set boundaries, and create fulfilling, healthy relationships.

Building and maintaining a healthy, fulfilling relationship can feel like a challenge.
It’s hard for you to truly believe that you are worthy of a healthy relationship and you often find yourself compromising your own needs to avoid conflict or seeking external validation from your partner. You feel hesitant to be yourself, out of fear of rejection or the potential for another toxic relationship.
Healthy relationships are vital to our emotional well-being. If you find yourself stuck in unhealthy or unfulfilling relationships, therapy can help you develop the tools, confidence, and self-awareness to break free from limiting patterns, express your needs, and create the kind of relationship you truly want.
How We Can Work Together:
Recognizing Unhealthy Patterns: Unhealthy relationship patterns can emerge gradually or surface early on. Together, we’ll explore the dynamics in your current or past relationships to identify any codependent behaviors or patterns that may be preventing you from experiencing a healthy, fulfilling connection. With awareness, we can work to interrupt these patterns and replace them with healthier alternatives.
Understanding Your Needs: Knowing what you need in a relationship is essential, but it’s difficult to communicate those needs if you’re unsure what they are. We will work together to help you clarify your needs and desires, so you can confidently and assertively express them to your partner in a way that encourages mutual respect and understanding.
Setting Healthy Boundaries: A key element of any successful relationship is the ability to set and maintain healthy boundaries. You’ll learn how to assertively communicate your needs, protect your emotional well-being, and establish boundaries that honor your individuality while prioritizing connection with your partner.
Effective Communication Skills: Clear, respectful communication is a foundation to a healthy relationship. We’ll explore your communication style and work to improve both how you express your feelings and how you actively listen to your partner. This will help foster authentic conversations and deeper emotional intimacy.
“One of the best guides to how to be self-loving is to give ourselves the love we are often dreaming about receiving from others.”

What You Can Expect:
In therapy, you will gain clarity on what you truly want from your relationships and how you show up in them.
You’ll develop the tools to create healthier, more balanced connections and feel empowered to break free from past patterns. Together, we’ll focus on building confidence, setting healthy boundaries, and fostering relationships that bring you joy, fulfillment, and mutual respect.
The therapeutic process will be tailored to you and our relationship.
We may share a few laughs or tears—sometimes both! As you feel comfortable, we’ll explore how past relationships might be impacting how you show up in relationships today and what kind of partners you attract. Together we’ll work to clarify what you want and need in a healthy relationship and build capacity to set healthy boundaries with yourself and your partner.
Each session will be 50 minutes. I recommend meeting weekly for at least the first 8 weeks to maintain momentum, build our therapeutic relationship, and work on your treatment goals.
